Saturday: Hours vary. Call at 8:00 a.m. for a sick appointment.
AFTER HOURS
We know sometimes emergencies can’t wait until regular office hours. Our providers and pediatric nurses are available after hours to answer questions.
To reach us, call the hospital operator at (812) 379-4441 and a medical staff member will be contacted. Routine refills or questions about chronic problems cannot be addressed after hours.
PHONE EXTENSIONS
1- To speak to a nurse, schedule a sick appointment, or schedule a medication follow-up appointment
2- To speak to the front office staff, schedule a wellness or newborn appointment, reschedule/cancel existing appointments, or inquire about become a new patient
3- To request a medication refill
4- To speak to a nurse regarding referrals, prior authorizations, or request medical records
5- To speak to our billing/insurance department
